Professor John Coplin CBE, FREng, FCGI
John Coplin is chairman of Hiflux ltd as well as a visiting Professor at Imperial
College. John was also a former director of design and technology at Rolls Royce
plc, embracing gas turbines for civil, military and industrial applications.
He has been chairman of the Aerospace Technology Board and a member of the Defence Scientific Advisory Board for the MOD as well as being a member of the advisory council for Applied Research and Development reporting to the Prime Minister. For 8 years he was also UK science and technology advisor to the Indonesian government reporting to the President.
