Tom Amy
Tom is Head of Funds & SPV Group at Volaw Trust & Corporate Services Limited ("Volaw"). Tom has been advising clients on fund structures and over-seeing their establishment for the last 5 years. He is also responsible for the overall relationship management and administration of Volaw´s Jersey corporate clients, which include special purpose vehicles and investment funds. Tom is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002. He gained an Honours Degree in Business Administration in 1999 from the University of Bath. Prior to Volaw, Tom was Head of Fund Accounting and Assistant Client Director at EFG Fund Administration Limited where he specialised in property funds and private equity fund administration. Tom qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst at PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP. As an Audit Manager he had a diverse client base, which included retail and private banking, trust companies, offshore investment funds and special purpose vehicles. He is a council member of the Jersey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants.
