Ludgate 181 (Jersey) Limited (“Ludgate 181”) was established in Jersey in March 2002 as a close-ended investment company.
Its principal objective is to achieve medium to long-term capital growth through investment in companies that offer a range of technologies or services capable of development to the long-term benefit of the investee company and its shareholders.
Investment advisory services to Ludgate 181 are provided by Ludgate Investments Limited (“Ludgate Investments”) in the UK, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
