Ludgate 181
Ludgate 181 (Jersey) Limited ("Ludgate 181") is Ludgate's first venture capital fund and was established as a Jersey based closed ended investment company in March 2002.
Ludgate acts as adviser to Ludgate 181 in sourcing investment opportunities, performing due diligence and making investment recommendations as well as monitoring existing portfolio companies.
Ludgate 181’s objective is to achieve medium to long-term capital growth through investment in venture capital opportunities, predominately at a pre-IPO stage. Investment risks at this stage are seen as lower than those associated with early stage or start up funding and where the potential rewards to be achieved at the point of exit from an investment are usually more clearly defined.

Ludgate Environmental Fund Limited
Ludgate Environmental Fund Limited (“the Fund”) is a newly incorporated, Jersey domiciled closed-ended investment company listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange (AIM). The Fund was launched in August 2007, raising £26.7 million at listing.
The Fund's objective is to deliver to investors a significant level of capital growth in the medium to longer term by building a diverse portfolio of investment holdings in Environmental/Cleantech companies.
The Investment Adviser, Ludgate Investments Limited, has significant experience and a successful track record of investing in and helping to build companies within this sector.
